The Space

Villa Arcola is undoubtedly a home to delight the senses. Located on the front line, just 20 meters from the sea, life is seen differently when you enjoy the moment of sitting on your terrace, enjoying a refreshing drink and contemplating the Mediterranean from a privileged point.

Inside, the villa has a spacious living room, with 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs and equipped with a flat TV, DVD, Satellite, and air conditioning. The large windows give access to the magnificent covered terrace, with impressive views of the sea and furnished with a set of sofas for relaxing and another set of table and chairs for al fresco meals. The dining room shares a room with the living room, and is also spacious, with high ceilings and windows with access to the covered terrace.
The kitchen is completely independent, equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. It is spacious and has an office with a practical breakfast table. It also has a separate laundry area with a washing machine and pantry, and with access to the outdoor clothesline area.

Outside, the protagonist is its fantastic pool with a Roman staircase, overflowing and with a solarium area for several sun loungers. It is surrounded by a garden area with grass and has a built-in barbecue, ideal for the “Chefs” of the embers.

The Location

Villa Arcola is in a very quiet residential area. In its vicinity, one kilometre away, you will find Binibeca Nou Beach, the town of Cala Torret, where you can enjoy a supermarket and a selection of restaurants to taste Mediterranean and international cuisine. About 3 kilometres away are the beaches of Punta Prima and Binisafua. About 5 kilometres away you will find the beautiful town of San Luis and 12 km from Mahón airport.
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. In addition to this, it is also situated close to Punta Prima and it beautiful beach with clear waters and fantastic restaurants.
