The apartment is in the heart of the beautiful Menorcan fishing village of Es Grau. It has been very stylishly up graded, modernised and yet retains the Menorcan style. You enter in to the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen space with built in dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There are two double bedrooms with curtained wardrobes and a single room with a day bed. The new bathroom has a double feed shower with large rainfall shower head, sink and W/C The lounge leads outside on to a small shaded terrace with a stair way up to the large roof terrace (10m x 5m). This space will be furnished for dining, sun bathing and generally relaxing. It has a small built area with sink, washing machine and BBQ.
