The Space

Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a sea view, it has a very nice and cool garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500 approx meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the area of Cala Torret where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km away, where you can walk.

The Villa Diani consists of 4 double bedrooms, two of them with double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third that is shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable sofas where you can spend some time watching TV or listening to music.

Outside we find a terrace with table and chairs with a nice view of the garden, then the pool area with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a pergola with table and chairs where you can enjoy dinner al fresco.

The villa is rented minimum in low season (April, May, mid-June, Sept. and October) minimum 5 nights. n high season: (July and August) minimum 7 nights.

The Location

Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and the famous “Los Bucaneros” beach bar and restaurant. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. This is a very relaxed area with no hotels or large crowds though there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
Close by is Binibeca Vell well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. There are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the capital Mahon only another 11 km.
In the surrounding area you will find the beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua and the Ses Ollas area.

The nearest beach is Binibeca Beach, a cove of fine white sand and turquoise water, with a shaded picnic area at the rear and free restrooms. Free parking is available at the rear and along the roadside. It has a shallow sandy bottom and is lined on both sides by rocks for excellent snorkeling. The beach bar at Los Bucaneros (a converted fisherman's hut) serves freshly prepared basic meals, as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kayaks and fun electric boats are available for rent from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire. Behind the beach, you can enjoy ice cream, crepes, and other food and drinks. The warm, shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with young children, although the beach is large enough if you need some space.
