The Space
This magnificent house is located in the quiet area of Binidali, overlooking the sea and a wonderful area of terrace and garden all on one floor. It comprises of three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The three bedrooms have double beds and fans, they also have direct access out onto the terrace and garden area and pool, from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The house has a capacity for six people. It has a spacious living room where you can find a chimney with a comfortable sofas, a great TV; this area is joined with a splendid open kitchen where you can find everything you need to make your favorite dishes. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances, two refrigerators, microwaves, ovens and hob or induction hob, dishwasher.
On the outside there is a large lawn surrounding the pool, the terrace with sun loungers and sofas, table and chairs where you can enjoy a nice al fresco dinner. and a hammock to enjoy a feel while feeling the sea breeze. The pool can be fenced in case you required. (Cost of 100.- €)
Location
Binidali is one of several small but individual, waterside villages along the south eastern corner of Menorca and popular amongst those looking for a more authentic Menorca experience, escaping hotel crowds and preferring the individuality of a villa. There is a local restaurant just a minutes walk away from the villa, and the beautiful sheltered beach with its newly opened beach bar can be found just a short walk beyond. Within just a 5 minute drive you can find the small village of Sant Climent which has Shops, Bakeries, Restaurants and Banks etc. Along the coast road eastwards is a larger sandy beach at Binisafuller ( Binisafua ) Another five minutes drive and you will come to the resort of Binibeca. Along this coastline there are lots of little inlets which just invite a little swim in crystal clear turquoise waters. The Capital of Mahon with its bustling Markets, Shops, Bars and Restaurants is only a 15 minute drive away, as is the lively and historic port.
The small beach of Binidali cove is located only 500 meters away, it is white sand and very transparent waters, before or after going to the beach you can enjoy a drink in the Bar Som Sis, which has spectacular views the southern part of the island.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
