The Space
Casa Antonio is a country home that has been recently renovated maintaining the charm of a typical menorquian farmhouse, yet with the comfort of modern installations. The house is spacious and bright with good quality furnishings, which are mostly stripped pine antiques. The ground floor comprises of a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, one double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and one connecting twin bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one shower room.
The first floor consists of one master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, lounge/study room and a balcony with views of the menorcan country side and the south coast.
Outside, this charming Menorcan country house has a grass area and a large terrace with views across the countryside to the sea. Next to the private swimming pool, which has Roman steps, there is a sunbathing terrace and a shaded terrace for outdoor dining using the built-in barbeque.
Location
Casa Antonio is situated in the countryside at the top of the road leading down to Binibeca. The town of San Lluís is only a 5 minute drive away and Mahon is approximately 10 minutes by car. There is a popular supermarket "Sa Botiga de S'Uestrà" within walking distance.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
