The Space
Bellavista is a fitting name for this property which has magnificent views of the Menorcan countryside. Set on a working farm, this property is therefore surrounded by rustic farmland and has a garden near the pool area.
The private, terraced swimming pool (9 x 4m with Roman steps) is in front of the house.
The house has a pretty shaded porch with stone benches, and table and chairs for outdoor living.
The furnishings are mostly antiques and are in keeping with the style of the property. It is a single storey house and comprises of a living room, kitchen, dining room, one twin bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with ceiling fans, a full bathroom, and one shower room.
It is a wonderful holiday home for one or two families.
Location
This well located farmhouse is only 5 minutes from Es Mercadal and 8 minutes from the popular fishing of Fornells, which has exquisite fish restaurants, a diving and sailing school, a small supermarket and other amenities. The airport and town of Mahon are only a 20 minute drive away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
